Content Creator & Social Media Executive

Connect HR is looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can transform ideas into engaging videos, visuals, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relevant and engaging content ideas
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Shoot and edit reels, short videos, interviews, testimonials, and event content
• Design social media posts, carousels, vacancy announcements, and promotional materials
• Write clear and engaging captions in English and Nepali
• Publish and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Capture content from office activities, client visits, events, and organizational programs
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, inquiries, and leads
• Support basic paid social media campaigns
• Review performance data and recommend content improvements
• Maintain an organized library of videos, photographs, designs, and other digital assets
