We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of Flight Link Group across its diverse business verticals, including Travel, Holidays, Cargo & Logistics, IT, and Education. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, digital marketing, and social media trends, with the ability to create engaging campaigns that generate brand awareness and quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Create compelling graphics, captions, reels, and short-form videos aligned with each business vertical.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare regular performance reports.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns and monthly content calendars.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
Support SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns and contribute to business growth across the company's various services.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (completed/running) in Marketing, Business, Management, Mass Communication, IT, or related field.
Preference will be given to candidates from an IT field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Paid Advertising.
Excellent copywriting skills in English and Nepali.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
Basic video editing skills for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools.
Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
