Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supervisor to oversee construction site operations, manage workforce productivity, and ensure timely and quality project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in the construction field work.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow
Organize tasks and ensure laborers clearly understand assigned duties
Monitor labor productivity and provide feedback and guidance
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site operations
Ensure work is executed as per project drawings and specifications
Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion
Communicate effectively between management and site teams
Prepare and submit performance and progress reports
Ensure quality standards and safety practices are maintained at site

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Minimum +2 completed (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in the construction field supervision
Strong understanding of construction drawings and execution
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong leadership and team management ability
Good organizational and time management skills
