Civil Engineer (Site Supervision and Finishing)

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with strong experience in site supervision and high-quality finishing works, particularly in 4-star or 5-star hotel or premium building projects. The role will initially focus on finishing and interior works, with a clear progression toward overall building construction supervision, including structural, civil, and infrastructure works as the project evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil and finishing works at the site
• Ensure premium finishing standards (flooring, tiling, false ceiling, painting, façade, etc.)
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth execution
• Monitor work progress, timelines, and quality control
• Review drawings and ensure execution as per design and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation

• Identify and resolve site execution issues

Future Scope (Important):

• Take responsibility for end-to-end civil construction supervision of the new building
• Oversee structural works, civil infrastructure, and full project execution
• Support project planning, coordination, and delivery of the entire building works
