Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sub-Engineer to support building construction and site operations. The ideal candidate should have practical site experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively on projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards
Assist in planning, estimation, and site coordination
Conduct site inspections and maintain progress reports
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project team
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Support documentation and reporting tasks

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of building construction and site execution
Basic understanding of survey/instrument engineering (SIE) is preferred
Knowledge of engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is an added advantage

Requirements

Must hold a valid driving license
Must own and be able to operate a two-wheeler for site visits

Salary & Benefits

Salary: NPR 28,000 – 35,000 (based on experience)
Additional facilities will be provided as per company policy
