Preferred years of experience: 1 – 3 years
Should have strong desire and ambition to establish career in accounting field of construction/ real estate industry
Understanding of accounts and accounting software (Swastik).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Knowledge of Construction Industry will be an added advantage
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills

Interface between the Head Office and project sites for financial transaction
Prepare and maintain books of accounts of site
Record inventory of fixed assets
Collect and update Labor Card and prepare Labor Sheet
Recording VAT Transaction in excel sheet and submit to Head Office
Regular reconciliation of ledger with all the concerned parties
Handle and manage petty cash of the site
Assist the Project Manager in forecasting the Payment and Disbursement of Cash Flow
Provide payment to Petty Contractors
Provide weekly/monthly wages to the staff/laborers of the site
Prepare Contract Accounts and be updated with Project’s cash flow
Assist the Project Manager in various activities related to running bills
Report Site Staff Attendance to the Head Office (HR Department)
Coordinate site activities with respective departments at the corporate office
Handle Banking Transactions as assigned by Treasury Department
Carry out any other assignment given by the immediate supervisor (Head Office & Project Manager)
