Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Showroom Incharge to manage our two-wheeler showroom. The role requires hands-on sales experience, team supervision, and showroom operations management.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets and conversions
Lead and guide the sales team
Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up
Oversee test rides, vehicle delivery & showroom upkeep
Manage stock, documentation, and daily reports

Requirements

Minimum 4 years experience in two-wheeler showroom sales (mandatory)
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (any stream)
Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills
Familiar with DMS and MS Office
