Key Scrum Practices: Roles, Events, and Artifacts Learn the core roles, events, and artifacts in Scrum, and understand how they interact to enable collaboration and value delivery.
Backlog Management and User Story Writing Learn how to create and manage a Product Backlog, write effective user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria.

Day 2:

Release Planning and Road-mapping Understand how to create an Agile release plan and roadmap that aligns business goals with incremental value delivery.
Work Estimation and Sprint Planning Master techniques for estimating work, setting realistic sprint goals, and planning effectively for team capacity.
Scrum Metrics: Tracking and Reporting Progress Learn how to use Scrum metrics to track progress, measure performance, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Day 3:
