Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of production workers during a specific shift to ensure that daily production goals of Tube division are met.
• Coordinating with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitoring production processes and adjusting as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Ensuring that workers follow safety guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Training and coaching team members to improve their skills and performance.
• Tracking production data and preparing reports for management.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and working with management to implement changes.
• Ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
• Communicating with other Shift In charges and supervisors to ensure continuity of production between shifts.

Note: All the duties are responsible may be changed according to the need of the department. Department Heads will be supervised and train as per the need.
