Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to craft a clean, intuitive, and scalable design system for a multi-service SaaS platform designed for enterprise clients. The platform includes user-centric services. You'll be responsible for designing both admin and end-user experiences with a deep understanding of complex workflows.

This is a freelance/contract-based role with flexible remote collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or equivalent
Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Manager, and Associated stakeholders
Design for multi-language support and accessibility
Build and maintain a flexible design system (component libraries, typography, spacing, themes)
Provide mobile-responsive and desktop-first design assets

Key Requirement:

5+ years of professional UI/UX experience, ideally in SaaS or ERP product design
Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools
Experience designing admin panels, dashboards, data-heavy UX, and multi-step wizards
Deep understanding of design systems, UX heuristics, and responsive behavior
Proven work on multi-tenant platforms and role-based experiences (admin, user, moderator)
Experience collaborating with agile product and engineering teams
Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-technical stakeholders
Experience designing for complex workflows (e.g., budgeting, sales tracking, guided setup)
