Senior Ticketing Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ticketing Officer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an IATA-accredited travel agency. The role requires expertise in airline reservation systems, ticket issuance, fare construction, and customer service, ensuring seamless travel management for individual and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage airline reservations, ticket issuance, revalidations, reissues, and refunds in compliance with IATA standards.
• Handle GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or Travelport) for booking and ticketing operations.
• Provide accurate fare quotations, routing advice, and cost-effective travel solutions to clients.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies, IATA regulations, and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for special fares, group bookings, and schedule changes.
• Maintain updated knowledge of airline promotions, travel advisories, and industry regulations.
• Supervise junior ticketing staff, providing training and quality assurance.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports for management.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving ticketing-related queries promptly and professionally.
