We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our team as Senior Ticketing Officer - International. The Successful candidate will be responsible for handling international (outbound) ticketing, reservations, and travel arrangements. The role requires strong knowledge of global airline systems, fare construction, and visa/travel regulations, along with the ability to manage client queries and ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end outbound ticketing (international flights) including booking, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds
Handle reservations using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
Provide accurate fare quotations, itinerary planning, and travel solutions to clients
Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and tour operators for best deals and confirmations
Ensure compliance with airline policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations
Assist in designing outbound tour packages and customized itineraries
Handle corporate and individual client bookings efficiently
Monitor ticketing deadlines, queues, and schedule changes
Resolve customer issues, including last-minute changes and travel disruptions
Train and guide junior ticketing staff
Maintain proper documentation and records of bookings and transactions

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or related field
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in airline ticketing (preferably outbound/international)
Strong hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre)
Knowledge of international fare rules, routing, and ticketing procedures
Familiarity with visa processes and travel documentation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent bookings

Preferred Skills:

IATA certification is an advantage
Experience in outbound tour packaging
Knowledge of corporate travel handling
Leadership and team management skills
