Position: Senior Specialist, Compensation & Benefits

Job Purpose
The Compensation & Benefits Senior Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing the organization's compensation structure and employee benefits programs.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Compensation Design & Management

Develop and administer compensation structures, including salary bands, incentive plans, and allowances.
Ensure internal parity and external competitiveness through data analysis
Manage annual compensation cycle including increment, promotions, and bonus payouts.

Benefits Administration

Implement employee benefits programs (insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, etc.).
Monitor benefits utilization and make recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with local laws and tax regulations.

Analytics & Reporting

Develop and maintain compensation dashboards and reports.
Conduct trend analyses and prepare reports for leadership and regulatory bodies.
Analyze pay equity and recommend corrective actions.

Policy & Governance

Support the creation and updates of compensation and benefits policies.
Ensure policy communication and adherence across all levels of the organization.
Provide advisory support to HRBPs and line managers on compensation matters.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field with 6 years of working experience or Master’s degree / Professional degree with 4 years of working experience
Professional certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of job evaluation methods, salary structures, and incentive plans.
Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and data analytics tools.

High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
