Job Summary
The Cluster Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions across resort's multiple properties. This role ensures effective implementation of HR policies, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll coordination, compliance with labor laws, and organizational culture initiatives to support operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
The position plays a strategic role in aligning human resources practices with business objectives while maintaining a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement across all properties.
