Position Level: Management

Job Summary

The Cluster Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions across resort's multiple properties. This role ensures effective implementation of HR policies, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll coordination, compliance with labor laws, and organizational culture initiatives to support operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

The position plays a strategic role in aligning human resources practices with business objectives while maintaining a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement across all properties.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for all cluster properties.
Coordinate manpower planning with departmental heads and General Managers.
Develop job descriptions, vacancy announcements, and interview frameworks.
Maintain talent pipelines for key and critical positions.
Build positive employee relations and a healthy work culture.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.
Oversee the performance appraisal system across all properties.
Provide recommendations on promotions, transfers, and succession planning.
Identify training needs and prepare annual training calendars.
Organize orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
Supervise payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Administer employee benefits, insurance, service charges, and incentives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security, and statutory regulations.
Maintain HR documentation, implement HR policies, SOP, and employee handbook.
Liaise with government agencies and labor offices when required.
Lead employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Monitor employee satisfaction and retention strategies.
Prepare HR reports, including turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status, and training reports.
Support audits, compliance inspections, and management meetings.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience in a leading profile, preferably in hospitality or hotel/resort operations.
