Senior Solution Architect

The Senior Solution Architect is a strategic technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced recovery audit solutions for FlexTecs’ global clientele, including major retailers. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership in solution architecture, driving innovation, quality, and operational excellence across projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Solution Development

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative recovery audit solutions, collaborating with auditors, client representatives, and stakeholders.
• Architect approaches to identify exceptions and potential lost profits, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
• Oversee the development and delivery of audit data and tools, ensuring adherence to high standards of software quality.
• Evaluate and determine optimal solutions for diverse recovery audit concepts across an international client portfolio.
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities for efficiency, automation, and technology adoption.

2. Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Solution Architects and development teams.
• Champion best practices in software development, database design, and query optimization.
• Stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies, introducing relevant innovations into the audit development process.
• Lead peer-reviews of solution designs and code, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

3. Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including auditors, developers, and clients, to plan, design, and deliver solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior operations colleagues.
• Prepare and present reports, documentation, and project status updates.

4. Project Management & Planning

• Contribute to project estimation, resource planning, and work plan creation.
• Analyze and document opportunities for application and process improvement, sharing insights with teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project delivery through effective planning and execution.

5. Quality Assurance & Support

• Uphold and enforce high standards of software quality, establishing and maintaining best practices.
• Provide advanced support to business users, resolving complex technical and application issues.
• Participate in and lead quality assurance activities, including code reviews and solution validation.

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Audit Development manager
