The Customer Support and Operations department plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimal performance of Logpoint production environments.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, designing optimal deployment architectures and supporting implementation, integration, and optimization across diverse infrastructures and security landscapes.
Working closely with customers as well as Engineering, Product, and Sales, you will integrate diverse systems into our SIEM platform and deliver high-impact solutions in complex, real-world security environments.
