Roles and responsibilities of this job

Bagmati Commercial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to drive sales growth, strengthen client relationships, and support business expansion. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and skilled in both sales and marketing activities within the commercial or import-based sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Development

Identify, target, and acquire new customers in relevant industry segments.
Manage the complete sales cycle—lead generation, product presentations, negotiations, and closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, quotations, and pricing in coordination with management.
Track sales performance against monthly/quarterly targets.

2. Marketing & Promotion

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote imported products (digital & offline).
Manage social media, website updates, email marketing, and product communication.
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, product sheets, and case studies.
Support participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support strategic decisions.

3. Product & Import Coordination

Understand product specifications, features, and application for effective client communication.
Provide customer feedback to the procurement and product teams for continuous improvement.

4. Customer Service & Order Management

Ensure timely responses to enquiries, follow-ups, and client support.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales documentation, and client communication logs.

5. Collection & Receivables Management

Ensure timely collection of payments from all clients as per agreed credit terms.
Monitor aging reports and follow up with clients for overdue invoices.
Coordinate with finance/accounts team to reconcile balances and update payment status.
Implement and enforce company credit control policies and payment terms.
Conduct escalation-level follow-ups with key clients to ensure smooth collection.
Provide regular collection performance reports to management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Required Age:More than 26 years

Other Specification

Proven experience as a Senior Sales Representative or in a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Demonstrated dynamic field sales knowledge and experience in developing successful sales strategies.
Strong public relations skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively in various settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
3–6 years of experience in sales/marketing; import or B2B industry experience preferred
Understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems
Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage deadlines
Basic understanding of import documentation, lead times, and supplier communication is a plus

Trishuli, Madhya Marsyangdi, Bhotekoshi, Chili me, etc. Bagmati Gas Suppliers solely supplied the gases and were the major suppliers of Welding equipments to all the projects. After reaching the heights and specializing in the gases industries completely, Bagmati Commercial Pvt Ltd (BCPL) was found in August 2015 with the motto of Complete supplies of Welding Equipments, Tools & Tackles, Water Pumps, Safety Equipments, WASH construction materials and other specialized items under the tagline of “Bridging the Gaps … ” for complete ind us try building projects and construction projects.
