Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Coordinate with the insurance companies for the proper insurance of the shipments and claim for the insurance under necessary conditions
Tracking the shipments
Coordinate with the custom agents for the custom clearance of the shipments arrived.
Coordinate with the freight forwarders and local transport service providers
Work with third-party service providers and internal teams to ensure effective delivery of reverse logistic services for damage and warranty claims.
Manage global operational strategy for products including developing, implementing, and managing reverse logistic service operations
Identify opportunities to reduce overall freight spend
Review freight invoices and ensure that they match agreed terms for services rendered
Reconcile inbound shipments to PO’s
Reconcile the freight forwarder and custom ledger
Responsible for LC shipment settlement, Debit Note Issuance
Maintain and collect the required documents for the process involved
Other duties as assigned by Senior Manager, Operations
