Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize the company's logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution while ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations.
Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation to ensure timely delivery.
Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock movement.
Monitor logistics costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with transporters, suppliers, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
Prepare logistics plans, reports, and performance analyses.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, finance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Resolve logistics-related issues and implement process improvements.
Lead, supervise, and develop the logistics team.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the automobile, manufacturing, FMCG, or trading industry.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of logistics planning and fleet management.
Excellent team management and coordination skills.
