Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Officer to join our Purchase Department. The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely procurement, and supporting smooth purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Monitor inventory requirements and ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct market visits to identify new suppliers and compare prices.
Coordinate with logistics and other departments for smooth delivery of goods.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics will be an added advantage.
Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Male candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Willingness to travel and conduct market visits as required.
