Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic senior officer who is enthusiastic, committed, and efficient in identifying company growth prospects and developing plans.

Responsibilities of the Senior Officer, Business Development:

  • Develop business proposals for clients in order to help them improve their operations by utilizing company services.
  • Contribute to the creation of business plans, collaborate with and communicate with stakeholders within the organization.
  • Develop strategic alliances and acquisitions that support corporate business strategy and assist in integration.
  • Develop new retention techniques, such as conducting client interviews and incorporating their comments into the growth strategy.
  • Candidates must be able to effectively document and report on their daily activities in a way that others can understand.
  • Plan and carry out all digital marketing activities, including display advertising campaigns, email, social media, marketing databases, and search engine optimization and marketing.
  • Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Participate in the quarterly planning process for the organization's development and progress.
  • Identify thought leadership possibilities as well as other marketing and campaign concepts.
  • Maintain excellent partner connections to ensure an efficient and long-term cooperation.
  • Create a growth plan that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Organizing meetings with prospective clients for business development.
  • Promote the organization's services by addressing the client's goals.
  • To carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor and senior.
