Roles and responsibilities of this job
● Plan and organize marketing visits, events and other relevant activities, inviting readers and advertisers/agencies
● Maintain regular professional contact to major advertisers and agencies to win sales orders from them.
● Understand customer needs and requirements
● Prepare sound proposal based on the specific needs and able to explain the rationale
● Negotiate with customer/agency and close a deal successfully
● Professionally represent NBA towards a customer/agency
● Provide regular feedback to the Immediate Supervisor
● Cooperate and engage in teamwork with all fellow-employees of NBA
● Continuously improve sales, marketing- and presentation skills

Required qualifications for this job
Other Specification
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce or any relevant field
● Sales experience of at least 4 years ( Preferably in media house)
● Conversant with or interested to learn Online & Digital Marketing avenues (E-marketing, M-marketing, Social Media Boosting, etc.)
● Demonstrated negotiation, presentation and closing skills
● Customer orientation – interest in meeting customer expectations
● Shows a strive to achieve results and continuously improve performance
● Skills in both, verbal and written communication – good listener
● Fluent in English and local language
● Computer skills and proficient in MS-office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
