Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting company services, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and referral partners across Kathmandu Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, offices, schools, and local businesses to promote company services
Distribute brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral partners
Generate new leads and identify business opportunities
Explain company services, packages, and promotional offers to prospective customers
Conduct regular market visits and gather customer feedback
Submit daily visit reports and activity updates
Achieve assigned sales, marketing, and promotion targets
Represent the company professionally during client interactions and promotional activities

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:School (SLC/ SEE)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, confident, and willing to travel within Kathmandu Valley
Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Two-wheeler driving license preferred
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools
Good networking and relationship-building abilities
Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or service industry marketing is an added advantage
