Roles and responsibilities of this job

Shopping Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team as a Senior Manager. As a senior-level member of our organization, the Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our shopping center.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase foot traffic, sales, and profitability of the shopping center
Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by addressing any customer concerns or issues
Monitor and analyze financial data, including budgets, expenses, and revenue, to ensure the shopping center is meeting financial goals
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and tenants
Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional events and campaigns
Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations and protocols
Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make informed business decisions
Foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and community members to enhance the shopping center's reputation and image

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or property management
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus
