Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating market network, customer development, maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop market connection through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present and promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements

Valid two-wheeler driving license (Bike/Scooter) compulsory.
Own vehicle is an advantage.
