Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead our after-sales service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing workshop operations, improving service quality, and leading the service team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day service center and workshop operations.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team, including technicians and service advisors.
Ensure high standards of customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
Plan and monitor service schedules to ensure efficient workflow and minimal turnaround time.
Track service KPIs, productivity, and customer satisfaction levels.
Coordinate with the parts, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Handle warranty claims, technical escalations, and customer complaints effectively.
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and workplace safety regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous service excellence.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile after-sales service or workshop management.
Strong leadership, team management, and customer relationship skills.
Sound technical knowledge of automobiles and diagnostic processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or ERP software is an advantage.
Valid driving license is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience in an authorized automobile dealership or EV service center.
Knowledge of warranty management and manufacturer service standards.
Ability to analyze service performance and implement improvement plans.
Customer-focused mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.
