About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resource Manager at RIGHT Jobs in Kathmandu. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR operations.

Qualifications

Recruitment, Talent Management, and Employee Relations skills
Performance Management and Training & Development skills
HR Operations and Compliance knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
