HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to oversee the overall human resource functions of the organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policies, compliance, and employee development across the corporate office and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning for office and project sites.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, contracts, and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll, employee benefits, and other HR-related activities.
• Manage employee performance, training, development, and appraisal processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with project/site teams on manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization’s objectives and applicable labor laws.
• Establish and maintain a structured and effective HR system covering employee management, performance, recruitment, compensation, leave, and other HR-related functions.
• Support management in HR planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
