Assistant Recruitment Manager (for Malaysia Corridor) at the Recruitment Agency (Manpower) leads strategic hiring initiatives, managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and retain top talent for clients. They develop sourcing/hiring/deployment strategies, optimize employer branding, manage team performance, and use data-driven insights to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring while building long-term talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Determine client manpower needs, create, and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and hiring plans followed by subsequent interview drives.
Coordinate with the client’s Interview, their travel and accommodation during each drive.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (social media, job boards, and networking) to find top talent and lead the interviewing/assessment process/hiring and deployment plans.
Supervise internal recruitment team, manage external sourcing channels, and oversee recruitment technologies to manage talent pool and database.
Enhance agency & employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Analyze hiring data to provide insights on talent trends, optimize processes, and report on progress periodically as required.
Work closely with the departments to complete efficient requirement cycle and provide expert advice on hiring trends to streamline successful recruitment process.
Identify & analyze candidate & worker issues, grievances & complaints and actively participate to negotiate & resolve in timely manner closely coordinating with legal & compliance department.
Conduct PHQ and Tests, Orientation Briefing, feedback survey in every recruitment stage as specified and after deployment regularly.
Prepare & submit clear and concise reports to the management with appropriate solution immediately to minimize risks and assure the overall progress.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Preferably, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field.
Proven experience as a talent acquisition/recruitment manager/coordinator or similar position in Malaysia Corridor is desirable.
Often required more than 3 years progressive experience in Recruitment/Manpower agency with sound track record of project completion.
Proficiency in Recruitment Tools/Techniques/Software, social media and digital sourcing.
Candidates should possess strong leadership, clear & professional communication, effective time & work load management, excellent negotiation skills and problem solving skills to deal in adverse situation.
