Nivix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of labor laws, SSF, and compliance in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry. Additionally, the candidate should have 5+ years of experience in HR, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent HR services to our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address HR needs and provide timely HR support and guidance.
Conduct recruitment activities including identifying job requirements, posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting exit interviews, and processing necessary paperwork.
Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy with regards to employee compensation and benefits.
Maintain HR records and documentation, including employee files, performance evaluations, and attendance records.
Oversee compliance with labor laws, SSF, and other regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the pharma or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of labor laws, SSF, and compliance.
Strong skills in recruitment, HR policies, payroll, and employee engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proven track record of delivering excellent HR services to an organization.
