Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a responsible and organized Admin and HR Officer to support our administrative and human resource operations. The ideal candidate will assist in employee coordination, HR activities, office administration, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily administrative and HR operations.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee communications.
Manage office supplies, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Support company policies and ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
