Department: Business Development

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a marketing, advertising, digital, media, or creative agency.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building meaningful client relationships, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue growth by connecting brands with our creator marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

Identify, prospect, and approach potential clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email, and other lead generation channels.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery sessions.
Understand clients' marketing objectives and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and agreements.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while ensuring business profitability.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and professionalism.

3. Internal Collaboration

Work closely with the BD team, Campaign, and Creator Team to develop customized client solutions.
Prepare accurate client briefs for campaign execution.
Contribute ideas to improve business development processes and sales strategies.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Ability to conduct professional client meetings independently.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Good understanding of marketing and business development principles.
Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client conversations simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Mandatory Requirements

Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Comfortable traveling within Kathmandu Valley for client meetings and networking activities.
Own two-wheeler will be considered an advantage.
Willingness to attend client meetings, business events, and networking sessions when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience selling marketing, advertising, branding, or digital services.
Understands digital marketing, creator marketing, influencer marketing, branding, social media marketing, and advertising.
Is confident communicating with Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Founders, Business Owners, and senior decision-makers.
Enjoys networking and building long-term professional relationships.
Is proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with sales targets.
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and strong business etiquette.
Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
