Job Description

Assist Head of Finance in creating, monitoring, and updating financial related policies and procedures.
Assist Head of Finance in arranging various source of fund from Bank & Financial Institution and other Investors at minimum cost.
Liaison with banks and company executives and answering queries on financial based matters.
Responsible for preparation of Project Proposal for Executives and Investors.
Responsible for preparation of monthly Management and Financial reports.
Constantly review banking arrangements to ensure timely transfer of funds and minimize interest cost, exchange loses and bank charges.
Analyze and manage cash flow.
Plan and coordinate for the smooth operation of the department/ organization.
Any other duties assigned by the HOD
