Job Description

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification  of potential new opportunities. 
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients, and customers. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in customer records. 
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying meeting. 
  • Record sales and order information and share with the concerned person, section or department. 
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for business development  initiatives. 
  • Focus in selling product and services; communicate product and services to the potential customer. 
  • Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly/ annual reports.  
  • Record sales and order information and sending copies to the concerned person, section or  department.  
  • Actively involved in all the business process from lead generation to closure of deal till billing and  payment collection.  
  • Perform duty as required and assigned by supervisors and management as per the need. 
  • Providing reports and insights to inform decision-making. 
  • Handling documentation and administrative tasks related to business development activities. 
  • Continuously improving skills and knowledge related to the business and industry. 
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries related to business development activities.
  • Support organizing events such as trainings, conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practice’s; participating in professional societies. 
  • Record sales and order information and sending copies to the concerned person, section or department. 
  • Prepare and provide monthly/quarterly/annual report to concerned supervisor including data on sales funneling. 
  • Product sales to the new and existing customers. 
  • Administrative work, as required
