Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Marketing Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in promoting our products, expanding market reach, and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Siddhartha Hardwares' products and services.
Identify and engage with potential clients, including retailers and wholesalers, to expand the company's market reach.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Provide regular reports on marketing activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers, coordinating with the logistics team as needed.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum +2 or bachelor's degree running in a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction materials or hardware industry.
Strong knowledge of the local market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
