Roles and responsibilities of this job

Job Specification:

Proven experience in administration management (related field experience most preferred), coordinating multiple branches in an organization
Candidates with Masters Degree (2 years) or Bachelor Degree (3 years) are preferred
Must have good communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement
Proficient in MS Office and Reporting Skills
Strong organization skills with Solid knowledge of office procedures and problem solving attitude
Must have idea about vendor management and logistics management

Job Description:

Directly responsible for planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems
Lead, Direct and mentor administrative staff to achieve maximum output
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and plan ways to streamline processes
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
Manage database and document processes and system implement
Overall maintenance and repair of utilities at all the branches
Maintaining records of all the assets given to the employees
Responsible for keeping track of all physical assets in the team, procurement and payment as per policy
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority
