A General Manager / Operations is a senior-level executive reporting to the Managing Director, responsible for overseeing daily business operations, administrative functions, and executing the company's strategic vision. They optimize operational efficiency, manage internal processes and drive growth by implementing policies that improve performance, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Represents Company and act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all relevant stakeholders addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction & success.
Streamline candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding workflows to reduce time-to-fill metrics.
Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the operational systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
Track team productivity, motivate and lead for a high performance; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
Liaison with government, non-government & private institutions in order to get streamline successful recruitment cycle & efficient operation.
Oversee line managers, staff, candidates & deployed workers matters with appropriate solution
Coordinate with entire recruitment team members and provide supports for interview, selection, verification of candidates and assist them to achieve target accordingly.
Maintain candidate/workers file/data and provide updated operational reports with highest confidentiality
Perform other duties & responsibilities as instructed by MD/Chairman or any official assigned.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Significant experience (Minimum five years) in team management, leadership or operational roles in manpower recruitment agency and/or human resources.
Must posses strong knowledge of End-to-End Ethical Recruitment Practice with relevant training & certificates.
Ability to interpret data trends, evaluate recruiter performance metrics, and fix workflow bottlenecks.
Strong understanding of employment laws, contracting standards, and candidate data compliance.
Strong ability to manage teams and drive organization to achieves objectives & goals.
Ability to align daily operations with long-term company goals.
Proficient in computer operation, data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
Masters or equivalent business & administration management degree.
