Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Operation Officer - Process Innovator to optimize outlet operations, streamline workflows, and drive organizational efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating operational performance, implementing standardized procedures, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive operational evaluations for existing outlets.
Develop, implement, and standardize comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor operations and track inefficiencies, and introduce corrective measures.
Support strategies aimed at sales increment and overall outlet revenue growth.
Serve as the primary operational coordinator to ensure seamless day-to-day outlet functionality.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Proactive, organized, and result-oriented.
Willingness to travel between outlets when required.
