About the job:
Seller Relationship Officers are integral to the success of Kaymu.  As a Seller Relationship Officer, you must turn your portfolio of carefully selected Sellers into the biggest power-sellers on Kaymu - those that get the most orders delivered to their customers fast.  You do this by teaching them about the platform, how to manage their orders and how to market themselves effectively

A strong drive, excellent communication skills and exceptional analytical skills are required to succeed in this position. You will be:

• Managing a portfolio of sellers, building a relationship with them on the telephone and in person, with the goal of turning them into Top Sellers
• Calling sellers and ensuring they dispatch their orders to buyers in a timely manner
• Training your sellers on how to use our platform, how to upload new items, and how to manage their orders
• Analyzing data from our Business Intelligence Platform to identify where your sellers need to improve, and then prioritizing your efforts to maximise your results
• Also using data to teach your Sellers how to best compete in Nepal’s biggest online marketplace through effective product sourcing and pricing strategies
