Job Description

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving the growth of our home healthcare services. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of home healthcare services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other key stakeholders. 
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

3. Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute business development plans that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, and monitor performance against goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

  • Develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Enhance the company’s online presence and brand visibility.
  • Identify and leverage partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the home healthcare market and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
