Job Description

Seller Relationship Officers are integral to the success of Kaymu. Seller Relationship Officers are assigned specific product categories and are responsible for building and growing those categories.

We are currently looking for Seller Relationship Officers for Women's Fashion, Men's Fashion and Electronics Category.

Job Responsibilities

  • A strong drive, excellent communication skills and exceptional analytical skills are required to succeed in this position. You will:
  • Be held responsible for the product categories assigned to you - from product acquisition to revenue generation
  • Identify product gaps in the category and source new products and/or new sellers to ensure that we have the best products at best prices in the market
  • Build strong relationship with your sellers, understand their problems and train them to use our software and the processes effectively
  • Initiate and execute seasonal, promotional or sales campaigns and monitor our marketing efforts to ensure maximum visibility and sales
  • Ensure that the sellers within your categories are performing - i.e. actively updating products, dispatching orders, and paying fees
  • Analyze data to identify problems and work closely with the sellers to improve performance - dispatch time, ratings, complaints, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Past experience in sales or marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasing personality and ability to persuade
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS-Excel
  • Proactive and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Performance driven with a let’s-get-it-done attitude
