  • At least 5 years of extensive experience in logistics, warehousing, purchasing, ordering, supplychain administration and supply chain management within a reputed company (preferably in a retail background).
  • Experience must include material handling of FF& V/CCS/Ambient nature.
  • Candidates with knowledge of leading WMS Systems & ERP Systems will be given preference.
  • Candidates should have held managerial or supervisor role in their last position with effective people managing skills.
  • Must have high level of excel skills, numerical skills, and data analysis abilities.
  • Must be mobile and should be able to freely travel and be placed anywhere in Nepal.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferred a Masters graduated.
  • Must have a valid driving license of 2 wheeler.
  • Preferably below age of 35 years.


Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the overall supply chain operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement SCM strategies to optimize inventory management, procurement, and logistics processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
  • Lead and mentor SCM team members, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and finance to align SCM activities with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement in SCM operations.
