Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a School Coordinator at Shree Tarapunja English School. The ideal candidate should have experience in the education industry and possess sound communication skills, a good personality with good IT knowledge, and English fluency. The candidate should have a strong understanding of disciplinary aspects and actively participate in managing school events.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating and managing all administrative and operational tasks of the school
Developing and implementing school policies and procedures to maintain discipline and a safe environment
Overseeing the school's academic standards and ensuring they are met by all students
Conducting regular meetings with teachers, staff, and parents to provide updates and address any concerns
Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance to ensure quality teaching standards
Actively participating in various school events and managing them efficiently
Collaborating with external agencies to organize educational trips and workshops for students
Maintaining and updating school records and documents, including student attendance and academic data
Conducting regular staff meetings to discuss and address academic and discipline-related issues
Providing support and assistance to students with academic or behavioral concerns and communicating with parents accordingly

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the education industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong IT knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously and efficiently manage time
A good command of the English language
A dynamic and proactive approach towards problem-solving
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
