Rato Bangala School, founded in 1992, is a Center of Excellence committed to child-centered education. We strive to extend the best educational practices developed within our school to the wider community through outreach programs and sister organizations. We are looking for an experienced and communicative Operations Manager to be a part of our expanding management team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the school.
Oversee administrative, facilities, transportation, and support services.
Ensure compliance with school policies, regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate procurement, inventory, and vendor management.
Prepare operational reports and budgets.
Support school leadership in planning and implementing operational improvements.
Supervise and ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Handle operational challenges and emergencies effectively and professionally.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or administrative management. Administrative experience in school would be an advantage.
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and school management tools.
Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced educational environment.
