Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Admin Officer to oversee and manage the school's administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office management, policy implementation, record management, stakeholder coordination, and administrative support across the institution.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the school.
Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and institutional databases.
Coordinate with academic and non-academic departments to ensure smooth operational support.
Manage procurement, inventory, vendor relations, and facility administration.
Prepare administrative reports, official correspondence, and management updates.
Support school leadership in planning, organizing, and executing school events and activities.
Ensure compliance with school policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to improve departmental efficiency.
Liaise with parents, external agencies, service providers, and other stakeholders as required.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 7 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Education Management, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
7–10 years of experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
Prior experience in an educational institution will be highly preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management systems.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
