Roles and responsibilities of this job

Customer Support:

Provide technical and functional support to customers via phone, email, chat, or remote access.
Guide new clients through product setup, onboarding, and training.
Diagnose and resolve software issues or escalate to the technical team when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on queries and providing timely solutions.
Coordinate with the product and development teams to relay customer feedback for improvements.

Marketing:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
Manage social media pages, create engaging posts, and monitor online engagement.
Collaborate with the design team to create promotional content (brochures, banners, emailers, etc.).
Support lead management, follow-ups, and email marketing campaigns.
Participate in software demos, product webinars, and trade events to represent the company.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English & Nepali.
Basic understanding of software systems, databases, and business management workflows (billing, inventory, CRM, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing platforms.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
Attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, content, email marketing).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
