Job Description

Customer Support:

  • Provide technical and functional support to customers via phone, email, chat, or remote access.
  • Guide new clients through product setup, onboarding, and training.
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues or escalate to the technical team when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on queries and providing timely solutions.
  • Coordinate with the product and development teams to relay customer feedback for improvements.

Marketing:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
  • Manage social media pages, create engaging posts, and monitor online engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create promotional content (brochures, banners, emailers, etc.).
  • Support lead management, follow-ups, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in software demos, product webinars, and trade events to represent the company.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.
