We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales and Telecalling Executive with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and contributing directly to business growth.

You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, introducing our premium photobook services, and helping expand our customer base across both B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and engage potential clients (photographers, event planners, studios, and individuals)
Introduce and explain Bigframe’s premium photobook services
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Maintain and update a structured lead database
Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into sales
Build strong first-contact relationships with clients
Ensure a professional, friendly, and positive brand experience
Support overall sales growth through consistent outreach

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Strong communication and persuasion skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable with phone-based client interaction (telecalling/sales)
Basic computer skills for data entry and lead tracking
Ability to stay organized and handle follow-ups efficiently
+2 or equivalent qualification (Bachelor’s preferred but not required)
