Growstro is a restaurant management software being built in Nepal — by Nepalis, for Nepali restaurants. We are early-stage, ambitious, and growing fast.
We are not looking for someone who simply needs a job.We are looking for someone who believes in what we are building and wants to grow with us.
As our first Sales and Operations Lead, you will own the complete customer journey — from finding restaurants to ensuring they actively use the product every day. You will manage field sellers, personally onboard customers, and become the face of Growstro on the ground.
This is not a desk job.
This is a builder’s role.
