Job Description

We are looking for sales -driven and customer oriented sales officers to oversee our sales team and determine the most effective solution to increase company sales. The sales officer’s responsibility includes recommending improvements to current sales strategy, informing potential customers about company promotions,as well as preparing accurate sales and expenses reports. You should also be able to continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales,schedule customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Calling potential customers to explain companies products and encourage sales.
  • Answering customer questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant department as needed.
  • Develop In-depth Knowledge of company’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company products meet the current  market need.
  • Prepare cost benefit analysis for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase option.
  • Analyze competitors' products to determine product features,benefits, shortfalls , and market success.
