Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales Officer will be responsible for maintaining excellent public relations with our dealers, Aligning with marketing staff, and achieving the sales targets set by the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market shares.

Responsibilities:

Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target customers.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management
Analyze sales figures and market trends to identify potential opportunities
Prepares and presents proposals to our clients/vendors for better offers
Develop the strategic market approach and business case for new offerings.
Utilizes appropriate company resources as per the resources plan to provide product marketing support
Monitor and report on competitors activity and suggest alternate plans to be ahead with the competitors
Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and to achieve the targets
Sound knowledge of Beauty & Fashion Clothing Accessories

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Bachelor’s completed in any related streams
At least 1 year of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the e-commerce industry
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
Meet sales goals and objectives
Must be highly motivated and dedicated towards the company
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Good understanding of the demand requirement for the market
Should have experience in building product sales from scratch and also understand the price strategy for market
Good knowledge in MS Office Package, Interested in the category
